Order & Tracking
Where can I check my order details?
To view your order details, simply log in to your account on our website. Once logged in, navigate to the "My Orders" section to access all your current and past orders.
Alternatively, a confirmation of your order will be sent to both your registered WhatsApp number and email address right after placing the order.

Where are my tracking details?
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email and an SMS with your tracking details. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder, as emails can sometimes end up there.

Can I change my address after placing the order?
Yes, you can change your delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped yet. Once the order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to modify the delivery details.

Craftsmanship & Product Variations
The print has irregularities. Why?
Our products are not mass-produced by machines in large quantities. Instead, they are crafted by artisans in small batches. Because of the human touch involved in the process, each batch may feature slight variations in the print.
These aren't defects—they are the beautiful proof of handmade artistry that makes your piece truly one-of-a-kind!

The color of the product I received is slightly different from the images. Why?
We photograph our products in various lighting settings, always striving to capture how the item looks in real life. However, camera lenses and digital screens view color slightly differently than the human eye, making minor color variations unavoidable.
Additionally, because our products are handmade in small batches rather than machine-made, slight differences in color shades can occur from one batch to the next due to the manual dye and crafting process.

Returns & Shipping Policies
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Nushkara ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer monetary refunds. We strictly accept exchanges or issue Store Credit, which you can use for any future purchase on our website.

Do you offer reverse pickup for returns and exchanges?
Yes, we offer reverse pickup services for eligible items within India.
Please note that for certain pin codes, a reverse pickup facility might not be available through our couriers. If your address falls into this category, we will ask you to ship the product back to us, and we will reimburse you with a full Store Credit.
